Whiskylicious Central

Whiskylicious Central is a 2 day arts & culinary finale to the Whiskylicious Festival. The unique fête takes place in Collingwood’s historic, harbourfront downtown. It’s about real people who answer the call to explore and discover the rich experiences that each day offers.

Located in and around the Tremont Café and Studios on Simcoe Street in Downtown Collingwood, Whiskylicious Central is a celebration honouring local chefs, artists, brewers, music and more. There’s even an outdoor ice bar serving Collingwood Whisky signature cocktails. A 2-day General Pass to Whiskylicious Central is FREE.  REGISTER NOW

Friday January 27

5:00-9:00pm – Live music by Strange Potatoes

5:30pm – Whisky barrel-aged beer tapping presentation by Collingwood’s Brew Masters. They have spent the last few months developing their own special beers aged in whisky barrels. Click here for details.

Saturday January 28

1:00-2:00pm – Whisky Master Class with Alexis Green, Collingwood Whisky Brand Ambassador. Seperate Tickets Required. Click Here for details.

4:00pm – Whiskylicious Bartender championship showcase. Watch the winner of the bartender competition held on January 17, demonstrate what helped them win the judges’ votes for their cocktail. Gather around the ice bar and cheer on!

4:30-6:30pm – Live music by the Mike McCarthy Band

6:00pm – Barrel rolling race with some of Collingwood’s finest crossfit athletes. They will be vying for the prized title of Whiskylicious Barrel Rolling Victor!

7:00pm – Artists from the Tremont Studio have taken on the challenge of decorating whisky barrel heads with Nottawasaga Lighthouse-inspired art. Whisky barrel heads will be on display at Whiskylicious Central with the silent auction finale starts at 7:00pm with bids closing at 7:55pm.
