Their chefs will make magic with their smoker and unique combinations of meat, whiskey and more. Anyone who has enjoyed an event catered by Men with Knives, or eaten at the former Stuffed Peasant, will know this is a truly unique culinary experience. Join John Breckon, Certified Specialist of Spirits at 7.00 pm. for a unique presentation on how to make “Collingwood Whisky’s ” four signature drinks. His passion for spirit education has made him a popular presenter across North America.
Gareth and Julie Carter are inspired to bring creative and delicious menus to your table. Located in Collingwood, Men with Knives is a full service catering company serving Greater Simcoe County. Their fleet includes a wood fired smoker, mobile kitchen and permanent commissary kitchen- The Larder. The food philosophy behind their menus is Locally Sourced, Internationally Inspired. Men with Knives uses local products and suppliers where possible in creating their menus.
